Phoenix Chalets are a collection of high-end private chalets in the Wadano area, close to the Happo-One ski lifts and Happo Village. The range includes two-, three- and four-bedroom chalets, with spacious open-plan living areas, full kitchens, ensuite bathrooms and heated floors. Some of the larger chalets also feature private baths, terraces and additional facilities such as a gym. Guests have access to Phoenix Hotel services, including complimentary resort shuttles, concierge support and restaurant services. The chalets are a good option for families and groups looking for high-quality accommodation with plenty of space and a convenient location.

The Shimataya View Hotel, was a lovely stay. Room size was large, great views, and Amazing service from Staff. Momoi and Eloisa couldn’t help enough- from dinner reservations to organising luggage to Tokyo. Property is older, though clean, well maintained. 10 min walk to slopes, 5 min walk to village centre.
