Mountainwatch Travel, who we are?
Mountainwatch Travel is the leading force in ski, snowboard, and music festival travel for Japan, North America and New Zealand. With bases in Sydney, Hakuba and our head office in Queenstown, NZ. We have a dynamic team of passionate and driven staff who live and breath ski travel and events.

- Liaising with suppliers regarding products, rates and deals.
- Loading rates into our res management system.
- Managing the back end of various operating systems to ensure they are up to date and operating smoothly.
- Assisting the sales team in quoting, booking and managing guest experiences before, during and after their trip.
- Setting, tracking, and achieving sales team targets.
- Liaising closely with marketing and product teams to coordinate sales promotions.
- Managing rosters for optimum efficiency.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints, ensuring they are handled promptly and professionally.
- Overseeing flight bookings via our GDS, Sabre, as well as supervising arrangements for accommodations, transfers, equipment rentals, ski lessons, and more.
What we are looking for?
Proven managerial experience in the travel sector, mastery of GDS (preferred), and an understanding and passion for the snow industry.
Based in our Queenstown office, you’ll be at the forefront of creating bespoke ski packages for our clients. Duties include:
- Responding to email, social media and telephone enquiries regarding snow holiday in a professional and courteous manner.
- Quoting, booking and managing guest experiences before, during and after their trip.
- Quoting and bookings flights via our GDS Sabre, experience preferred but not essential.
- Booking additional services to enhance guest experience.
- Assisting the events team from time to time as required.
