We have an office on the ground in Hakuba, Japan for any assistance during your stay. This means we can offer a greater level of service if you're traveling with us in Japan through our bilingual team. This also allows us to have strong relationships with local businesses to arrange things like welcome drinks, dinner reservations, transfers and more.

Fully Customised Packages

Our packages can be fully inclusive and customised to suit your group. We are able to assist you with any of the following and more; flights, accommodation, ski hire, lessons, transfers, meals, day tours and travel insurance.

Time In Other Cities

Our service goes beyond the ski resorts. If you're traveling overseas for a ski trip it's always good to visit other cities and we can help you with that. We can arrange your accommodation and transport to other cities along with your ski component so it's all in one package.

We booked through Anna O’Malley for our stay in Nozawa onsen Village in Japan. Seamless service, prompt, and pricing reasonable. The Shimataya View Hotel, was a lovely stay. Room size was large, great views, and Amazing service from Staff. Momoi and Eloisa couldn’t help enough- from dinner reservations to organising luggage to Tokyo. Property is older, though clean, well maintained. 10 min walk to slopes, 5 min walk to village centre. I recommend Mountain Watch, and this property. Photos are the view from our room.
