Kominka Workshop is a unique ski-in/ski-out private lodge in Akakura, Myoko, created from a traditional Japanese farmhouse originally built more than 170 years ago. The building was carefully relocated and restored, combining its original timber structure and traditional character with modern insulation, bathrooms and contemporary interiors. The lodge sits directly on the ski run and accommodates 12–14 adults plus 2 children across six bedrooms and five bathrooms. Facilities & utilities: The self-contained lodge features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, six bedrooms, five bathrooms, two toilets, Wi-Fi and laundry facilities.
