Banff Rocky Mountain Resort is a relaxed resort just outside the centre of Banff, surrounded by trees and mountain scenery and a good option for a winter ski holiday. The resort has a mix of hotel rooms, suites and self-contained condos, with many options offering kitchens or kitchenettes and some with fireplaces, making them great for longer stays. After a day on the slopes, guests can make use of the indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, gym and other recreational facilities. A complimentary shuttle runs into downtown Banff, while the resort’s quieter location gives it more of a mountain feel away from the busier centre of town.

We booked through Anna O’Malley for our stay in Nozawa onsen Village in Japan. Seamless service, prompt, and pricing reasonable. The Shimataya View Hotel, was a lovely stay. Room size was large, great views, and Amazing service from Staff. Momoi and Eloisa couldn’t help enough- from dinner reservations to organising luggage to Tokyo. Property is older, though clean, well maintained. 10 min walk to slopes, 5 min walk to village centre. I recommend Mountain Watch, and this property. Photos are the view from our room.
