For those of you looking for a self catering option in the heart of Breckenridge the Der Steiermark could be for you. An apartment style property with free WiFi and a kitchenette including a fridge and microwave in every apartment. Apartments are modestly decorated & on the compact side but are comfortable and affordable and a good option for couples or families. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom sleeps up to 8 guests.

De Steiermark is just a 2 minute ski/walk to the Peak 9 ski area and rated highly for it’s proximity to the base and the main resort.

There is a communal hot tub on site for guest use.

The Shimataya View Hotel, was a lovely stay. Room size was large, great views, and Amazing service from Staff. Momoi and Eloisa couldn’t help enough- from dinner reservations to organising luggage to Tokyo. Property is older, though clean, well maintained. 10 min walk to slopes, 5 min walk to village centre.
