The Shiga Prince Hotel West offers prime ski-in, ski-out access at the base of Mt. Yakebitaiyama in Shiga Kogen. Of the 350 rooms in the West Wing, half are small twin rooms and the other half are family rooms that are 21.7 m2 in size.

Start each morning with a complimentary Japanese and Western buffet breakfast before heading straight to the slopes.

The Prince Hotel has 3 hotels known as ‘wings’, The west wing is the mid range option out of the three. Guests can enjoy the facilities across all wings, including multiple restaurants, ski rental, ski school, and childcare services.

The West Wing is well facilitated with three restaurants offering buffets, Chinese and ramen. The West is also the only wing to offer an onsen in the building.

Complimentary shuttles run between the wings throughout the day and to Ichinose Village in the evening.
