Monkey Rider is located in Echoland which is the main restaurant and bar area of Hakuba.  Centrally located to the 9 resorts in the valley they are just 5 minutes to the lifts of Happo One and about 10 minutes to Hakuba 47. The free resort shuttles stop right outside the door. The lodge is a warm and inviting lodge with the focus on  skiers and boarders who  want to slide all day and come home to like minded crew. Happy times amongst old and new friends. They have a range of accommodation options from private twin rooms with ensuites to a six person group room. 

Meteor Pension is a Japanese family run ski lodge offering great service across a variety of room types. Rooms range from twin to six shared loft rooms, with or without ensuites. Offering great value accommodation in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. There is a restaurant onsite, providing home cooked meals at reasonable prices.

Luna Lodge accommodates travelers who would like to focus on the essential. It’s located steps away from the renowned Sakka slope in Upper Wadano and the lifts are a stones-throw away. The rooms are Japanese inspired, comfortable and all with ensuite.

Gakuto Villas are modern and comfortable chic accommodations in an idyllic setting in Hakuba, suitable for for up to 6 guests per villa. The villas are well located in the Wadano forest area of Happo One and are just a short walk to the Sakka quad lift (about 7 mins), where ski schools most commonly meet each day, and where there is a magic carpet for beginners.

Hakuba Powder Mountain is located in Wadano area surrounded by the most popular forest in Hakuba. We have renovated the entire lodge in 2019 and all suites are condominium-type with an individual kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedrooms. In 2020 we opened the lodge as dog friendly for people who want to stay and enjoy great nature with their dog.

Brownies Cottages, or Villas as they are sometimes referred to are a collection of small free standing log cabins which can sleep up to 7 people across 2 bedrooms and a loft. The cottages all have a small kitchen, suitable for basic cooking as well as a sitting/dining area with TV. With floor heating to keep you warm in winter, the cottages offer a cosy space to kick back and relax after a hard day on the slopes. Brownies Cottages are located parallel to the main street of Echoland, which is home to some of the best restaurants, bars, and shops in Hakuba.

The Rosenheim Hotel is in a great location, situated opposite the Nakiyama ski lifts of Happo One. Shuttle buses run from the Nakiyama carpark to other ski resorts in Hakuba as well as shuttles from out front of the hotel, making all slopes easily accessible. The hotel offers comfortable rooms with western beds and private ensuite bathrooms to ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel also features an indoor and outdoor hot-spring onsen as well as a sauna overlooking the Happo One ski slopes.

Hakuba Meteor Log Hotel located in a quiet location next to Echoland village. This amazing 7 bedroom Canadian style lodge has options for twin, triple, quad and five share rooms. With homely comfort in mind, the house has self-contained cooking facilities, a communal kitchen including fridge and freezer, oven and stoves, microwave oven, dishwasher and all other facilities and utensils usually found in your own kitchen, which are great for large families and groups. Each room has private bathrooms and a lot of space with great facilities. There is also a lounge with a fire & a shared kitchenette on the second floor.

Phoenix Hotel is located in the picturesque Wadano-mura. Encompassing Japanese and Western aesthetics Phoenix is a boutique hotel offering 15 rooms with a combination of Japanese and Western style, with and without ensuites. All rooms are well appointed and feature wide screen plasma TVs, cable TV, iPod docks, bar fridge and daily servicing. The hotel’s restaurant, Mimi’s, is Hakuba’s finest with a European A La Carte menu using local ingredients, an extensive wine and extensive sake list.

Petit Hotel Shitaka is a small family run Japanese hotel located ski in ski out to the Shirakaba lifts on Happo-One. The hotel offers comfortable Western style ensuite rooms, with an onsite onsen and sauna to relax after a day on the slopes. There is an in house restaurant serving delicious local produce at affordable prices. Petit Hotel Shitaka offers friendly Japanese hospitality and a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Happo Apartments are modern self-contained apartments located only 2 minutes walk from the main Happo-one Gondola. Wadano Woods Chalets are beautiful luxurious wooden chalets only a short distance away from restaurants, shuttles and Hakuba Happo One resort ski lifts. The luxurious chalets feature designer furniture and come stocked with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The Marillen Hotel features the in-house Bernd’s Keller Restaurant & Bar. Beat the cold with hearty German favourites while enjoying panoramic views over the Nakiyama slope.

Hotel Goryukan Hakuba is a real favourite of ours, in an ideal location and only a 5 minute easy flat walk to the Nakiyama lifts of Happo. Featuring spacious Japanese and Western rooms with free WiFi access throughout, the Goryukan offers spectacular views of the majestic mountains of Hakuba. The hotel has an onsite restaurant and bar, daily breakfast, onsen and shuttle service on arrival and departure.

THE HAPPO is Hakuba’s newest and most modern hotel, offering contemporary and sophisticated boutique accommodation for the active traveler. Located in the centre of Happo-one, with easy access to Happo ski resort, shops, restaurants, bars and the main ski shuttle stop. Featuring a total of 30 rooms including double rooms, family suites and The Happo Suite. The hotel will feature an all-day grill restaurant by famous Tokyo Chef, Yoshiaki Takazawa, as well as a traditional Japanese onsen bath with Finnish sauna and cold tub.

Aptly named for its forest surroundings, Wadano Forest Hotel is located in the picturesque upper Wadano area with the nearest lifts being only approx 500m away. Easy access to various resorts throughout the valley with the nearest shuttle point only 100m from the hotel. The 24 western style rooms all have private ensuite with large windows allowing in plenty of natural light. The hotel provides free WIFI, games room, bar and restaurant, an onsen along with many other features to make your stay cosy. A simple but delicious continental breakfast is served in the pension / dining hall next door just in time for first lifts.

Shakespeare Hotel Hakuba is located at entrance of Echoland main street in Hakuba, where many restaurants, cafes and bars are located within walking distance. The hotel has a yoga studio on the first floor and offers regular classes open to all levels. The rooms are western style with en-suite bathroom, sofa, TV and fridge.

Our apartments are newly built in 2018 and are great for couples, groups of 3 adults, or families with small children. Each apartment features a private bedroom with split kings (king beds split into twins) and a queen size sofa bed for an additional couple, friend, or children. These units have a kitchenette, shower, separate living and dining areas and modern amenities such as a strong WiFi network, Apple TV with Netflix subscription for free movies and shows. Laundry facilities are available in the common area. Our “large” accommodation is perfect for 2 families or for one large family who needs the extra space. This chalet sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms.

The Ridge Hakuba is a luxury apartment and hotel located in Wadano no Mori, Hakuba Village, which is blessed with rich nature. The ROKA Luxury Apartments are a collection of impeccably finished mountain residences and the most desirable accommodation in The Hakuba Valley. The apartments range from 2-5 bedrooms and have ski-in-ski-out access.

Just 150 meters to the slopes, Villa El Cielo is the newest addition to the Hakuba Company’s accommodation portfolio.
