1 – It’s an obvious one, but with three world-class ski resorts a short distance from town skiing and snowboarding is a no brainer. You can access Coronet Peak and the Remarkables on the same pass, so you can mix it up during a week-long stay. It is also worth making your way over the Crown Range and spend a day at Cardrona.

2 – Need a “rest” day? Queenstown is the adventure Capital of the World.
