The Timberline Condominiums offer a collection of ski-in, ski-out vacation rental properties. Located on the slopes of Snowmass Ski Area, guests enjoy the spacious comfort of a private residence.

Services include minimal housekeeping, complimentary Aspen airport shuttle, complimentary Snowmass Village shuttle, full-service front desk, complimentary wireless internet, pool, hot tubs, steam room, fitness center, and business center. Slope side sundeck features BBQ grills and picnic tables. On-site restaurant serving dinner only.

Timberline does not have elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. As the temperatures in the mountains rarely get too hot, we don’t have A/C in the condos but we do have floor fans in all the condos for your comfort. There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in two different locations on the property.

We booked through Anna O’Malley for our stay in Nozawa onsen Village in Japan. Seamless service, prompt, and pricing reasonable. The Shimataya View Hotel, was a lovely stay. Room size was large, great views, and Amazing service from Staff. Momoi and Eloisa couldn’t help enough- from dinner reservations to organising luggage to Tokyo. Property is older, though clean, well maintained. 10 min walk to slopes, 5 min walk to village centre. I recommend Mountain Watch, and this property. Photos are the view from our room.
