Access By Air

SilverStar is located in the stunning Okanagan Valley, 22 km northeast of Vernon, BC, Canada. For domestic travellers, flying into Kelowna would be your best option when travelling to SilverStar. When travelling internationally, we suggest flying into Vancouver International Airport and from Vancouver catch a flight to Kelowna Airport (YLW). The flight from Vancouver to Kelowna takes roughly 45 minutes. Air Canada flies direct to Vancouver from Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Auckland. 

Access By Car

Car hire is available at Kelowna airport from companies such as Avis, Budget, Hertz, Thrifty and Europcar.

For those nervous about the drive, compared to other road conditions in the mountains, these roads are particularly wide and not windy.

Access By Shuttle Bus

There are multiple shuttle services that operate from Kelowna Airport to SilverStar Ski Resort. The shuttles from the airport to SilverStar are offered by private operators as well as SilverStar Mountain Resort. The Shuttle from Kelowna takes 1 hour to get to SilverStar. 

For those travelling to SilverStar Mountain Resort for the day, the resort shuttle offers affordable day trip options from Kelowna City and Vernon.
