Liquid Snow Tours in Hakuba
Ever wondered what that ‘Liquid Customer Service’ you see at the bottom of any quote you receive from us is? Despite the self explanatory ‘Pick up and drop off from train/bus station’ a couple of other elements such as ‘In-resort services’ may need explaining. To explain what these services are and mean I’ll first give you a bit of background of how Liquid Snow Tours operates in Hakuba.
Liquid Snow Tours actually part owns and operates a number of hotels and chalets in Hakuba, such as the Marillen Hotel, the Hakuba Springs Hotel, The Lab, Luna Hotel and 2 new chalets under construction as we speak in readiness for the 2013/14 season. We are also now in our 7th consecutive year of sending Australians to ski and snowboard in Japan. What this means is that we have a vested interest in Hakuba as a destination and do everything we can to bring more people to the resort, and more importantly, ensure they have the best time while visiting. We don’t just book your holiday and send you off to Hakuba and hope you have a good time, we are there to make sure!
Last season we had 5 full time staff in our office who were basically at the beck-and-call of our customers. This is the part of our ski holidays service that we believe is invaluable and hard to come by. We are there for you if anything goes wrong, with bilingual staff ready to take you to the hospital, chemist, police station or communicate with anyone on your behalf. These staff also have all the ins and outs of your booking on hand to help any quieries, and our extensive local knowledge is always available to let you know which mountain will be best to shred or which bar has the best atmosphere. We can also quickly and easily make day tour, lesson and hire bookings on your behalf.
So to sum up – book with us and ensure you have peace of mind knowing you are in experienced hands.
